Mercantile Group is a holding company that specialises in small and middle-market buyouts in the UK, elsewhere in Europe and in the Middle East. We target investments of $5million to $200 million in companies with an enterprise value of typically between $20 million to $300 million.
Our experience as principals and managers spans 40 years and demonstrates an ability to invest successfully over multiple market cycles throughout a spectrum of industries.
Since the firm’s founding our investment philosophy has been to create value by investing in people, brands and real estate.
